PROJECT SCOPE/SPECIFICATION:
NZ Registered Heritage Building – The original Raised Timber on joist Flooring had rotted and was replaced with ASP Raised Access Floor.
ACCESS FLOOR SYSTEM USED:
SC Ultra Fix @ 400mm FFL
PROJECT FEATURES AND HIGHLIGHTS:
This Heritage Building (Built 1931) in Dunedin’s (NZ) Main Street was in a derelict condition and had been unoccupied for approximately 16 years until a visionary developer purchased it.
The existing raised Timber flooring had rotted and over the years was removed and replaced with an ASP Raised Access Floor.
The 3 x Floors where Raised Access Floor was installed is now the HQ of New Zealand’s Primary meat exporting Company Silver Fern Farms
